Drop Offs: Either Ashley or Sarah will be upstairs waiting to grab your pup 5 minutes before their appointment. We do this so that we can spend the maximum amount of time with the dog that we are currently working on. If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes, send us a text at: (952)-210-5623 to let us know that have arrived. You may have a short wait. Please refrain from ringing the doorbell because we cannot hear it.
Pick ups: We will either give you a call or text when your dog is ready to go. Once you arrive for your dog, give us a call or text again so that we know you are here.
Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or a late cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service may be due prior to next booking.
Late Drop Off: Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled drop off time may be asked to reschedule. If you know you are going to be late, please call us as we may be able to work around it with advanced notice.
No Shows/No Calls: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without communication will result in a No Show fee of 100% of your scheduled service and will be due prior to next booking. Habitual No Shows or Late drop offs without notice may result in termination of services and any future scheduled appointments will be canceled.
Forms of Payment: Cash or Credit/Debit Card is preferred. For credit card, we will email you an invoice which will have you follow the steps in the email and submit your payment online. Please submit your payment before you arrive to pick up your dog. We can also accept checks if needed.
Potty Breaks: Here at Cozy Paws we understand when you gotta go, you gotta go! However, if you need to potty your dog, please do so on the boulevard out front instead of the front yard. While we love our furry friends, the grass and flowers do not and we would like to preserve them as best as possible. Also, if you are coming from across town, pottying your dog thoroughly before leaving will eliminate the need for them to use the bathroom when they arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
Making an Appointment: There currently are a few ways that you can contact us at this time. However, we encourage everyone to either call or text us at: (952)-210-5623. Please do not leave a voice message. We do not check FB messages or emails consistently.
New Clients as of June, 2024: We have currently closed our books to new clients as we have a (very) wonderful and full client list! We will post when our books have opened again to new customers.
